Release Forms If you are going on a trip, retreat or are taking part in an activity, please print the appropriate release form below, fill it out and bring it to the appropriate group leader. You need only fill out the General Media Release form one time Confirmation: Embrace Richmond General Media Release Form (required) Skateboard Group: Please fill out the General Code of Conduct, the General Release for Media and the apporpriate trip release form(s) for each trip you wish to participate in.
