America faces an epidemic of loneliness. Our population is growing, but we are not growing more connected to each other. But God has given us a gift and a calling that is an antidote to loneliness: Friendship. Friendship is a way that we care for each other and a way that we grow in discipleship because the practices that keep our relationships with people strong are the same as those that keep our relationships with God strong. In this series we will look at some examples of friendship in the Bible to learn the key practices that build healthy friendship—with our neighbors and with God.
